For the international manufacturer www.intelligentlecterns.com Voicepoint has developed a speaker module for the ILS24 lectern. The LS200 will work perfectly as side fills, while the console is the acoustic center. The best possible speech intelligibility in a minimal space.
Line Source for Home-Cinemas
The Line Sources of Voicepoint are perfect for the home theater application.
As LCR behind an acoustically transparent screen. Detached as left and right or perfect for the surround channels. Perfect because an extremely uniform dispersion pattern in the horizontal plane held 180 ° to 10kHz.
The dipoles typically used to ensure that by their phase-twisted chassis provice a diffuse surround experience. The Voicepoint Line Sources offer the precision of a direct radiating speaker - but the subjective openness and size of the surround events because of their uniform and wide sound dispersion.
IMPORTANT: The line souces LS200/12 LS200/16 and can be operating in a THX Setup down to 80 Hz. In any case, the use of a subwoofer is necessary.
Stereo-Sound for Lounge & TV
Line source or sound bar?. We solve the disadvantages of a classical sound bar. Although there are now sound bars that are even available on the width of the display, but you still have the reduced stereo base width > because the width of the screen determines the limit. Furthermore classical sound bars always need an external subwoofer -> that had to be hidden. In the below pictured VoicePoint, the base is equal to the subwoofer. Due to the very wide horizontal disperation characteristic, a center is not needed. In terms of design VoicePoint fallows the way to adjust the speakers to the Interior and not to the perishables TV. Therefore the question of what to do with the made-to-messure sound bar, if a new TV must be purchased does not arise.
This line-source setup is ideal for background sound and as a speaker to the speaker for TV.
For this application, the new subwoofer base is used. Just about 10 cm in height and 45x45cm footprint, it is only slightly larger than the standard foot.

The subwoofer base houses a 20cm woofer, which extends the range of low frequencies. Ideally this combination gets connected to the appropriate LineSource amplifier .
